The website & waitlist

• What we collect: your email address, an optional “lighting designer” flag, the page you signed up from, and a timestamp.
• Why: to send you a single launch notification, plus the occasional development update.
• Where it’s stored: with Resend, our email provider (a US sub-processor). We never sell or share your address.
• Leaving: every email includes one-click unsubscribe. You can also email us to be removed entirely.

The app & your audio

This is separate from the website. Telaray captures system audio locally and never records, stores, or transmits it. The first-run permission prompt is a macOS audio / screen-recording permission, the two routes Telaray can use to listen to what’s playing. Audio is analyzed on your Mac, in the moment, and discarded.

Analytics

If we add analytics, it will be a privacy-friendly, cookieless tool (no personal profiles, no cross-site tracking). This page will say so when we do.
